Yes it does. Although you cannot rent games online like you can with the movies, the coupon you receive once a month in your ';My Account'; can be used for both games and movies.
Yes but you can only receive one or two per month from your free rental coupons that you receive by email and print out. If you time your sign up right sometimes you can get two, as mine gets right now. You do however get to keep the game for a week or two usually before returning it without any penalties. The blockbuster Total Access thing has been great I usually get 2 games a month and about 16 - 24 movies. Great deal for $17.99.
