My xbox badly scratched a video game rental. should i bring it back and tell them or not say anything?

the game is now unplayable. so should i just put it in the return and hope they dont charge me for it or should i go in and explain what happened? if i explained, do you think they would let me off easy or would they be even more likely to charge me?My xbox badly scratched a video game rental. should i bring it back and tell them or not say anything?
I would put it back in the case and put it in the quick drop and if they say anything say it wasn't your fault or you could take it back and be like i took this game home and it was not playable. My xbox badly scratched a video game rental. should i bring it back and tell them or not say anything?
You should tell them. Otherwise they might think it was you, and might try to charge you for the damage that you didnt do. You renting through gamefly?
if it were me i would just tell them it was scratched when i got it but i was too busy to bring it back right away.. ya know church it up..
if your truthful you might not get charged with anything but if not you may have to pay
