Does anyone know the URL of the guy who had commandments about his video game rental store?

I think his name started with a Z he ran a video store up in canada and had funny stories about throwing kids bikes out side and placing horrible video games out on shelves and making fun of people for stealing them. He imported some drink from america and had to do something at the border because it wasnt labeled in french. Anyways I think he ended up in japan teaching english but his website was hillarious.Does anyone know the URL of the guy who had commandments about his video game rental store?
