I rented a game from hollywood video and I noticed theres a crack in the case. I've had it for a week and I didn't really play the game so I have no idea if I did it or not. what's the procedure if I return it like that?Crack in game rental case?
We don't care about the case the game and the barcode which tells us who it belongs too, is the only thing that matters, you could destroy the case and we wouldn't really care.

just return it in the drop box like nothing happened and if they say anything to you about it act like you have no idea
